About Me

Based in York and providing coaching services across most of Yorkshire, I combine my expertise as an NHS occupational therapist with a passion for creative thinking and insightful, personal awareness.

With both personal and professional experience of the ways in which life can throw us off course, I am on a mission to share my knowledge with as many people as possible. My approach is person centered and adaptable to your individual needs and objectives.
